I have come up with a dilemma that I had not thought about before. When you do screen recordings of the mobile apps you typically hold your phone vertical.
When you put video on YouTube it is in landscape. But when you view a YT video on a desktop it is in landscape – on a phone you have a choice of either. You would want to view the video in a way that gives you the best resolution.
Some apps can be used on your phone either in portrait or landscape and some, like PowerDirector will actually switch automatically depending on what you are doing.
But one does not know in advance if the person viewing your training video, will be using a desktop or a phone.
