 Rates
Average rate:
Our average rate is based on $25 per hour for general admin
support.
So for example, if you need a merge mail project, we will charge at $25
plus any material/mailing costs.
For regular word-processing, it works out to $8 for the first page and
then $5 per subsequent pages.
Skilled Tasks:
Specific tasks that require a higher skill level and experience,
advanced software are charged at a higher rate:
Creating graphics: $35 per hour
Presentation design: $50 per hour
Marketing consulting: $50 per hour
Programming (for Excel spreadsheets and Access databases): $60 per hour
Executive assistant work: $45 per hour
Training: $35 per hour plus expenses.
Web Sites:
Web sites are more difficult to quote in advance without
having assessed your needs. But one can give the following guidelines:
Setting up server and registering domain name: $100 (includes hosting
for one year)
Publishing the web site and registering with basic search engines: $50
Small standard web site (3-6 pages): add $250
Medium standard web site (6 - 12 pages): add $450
Large web sites - on quote
The above assumes that the client provides the text and
graphics/pictures. If we need to scan or create graphics that is an
additional charge. Retainer Plans
We offer several retainer packages with built-in savings options.

| Retainer fees are paid monthly and
are due on the 1st of each month to guarantee the special rates. A
three-month contract is required for all plans. |
Additional Notes
1) The first half-hour of consultations will be free.
2) Travel expenses will be calculated at $0.38 per kilometer.
